Take advantage of the Tax Credit on the removal and recycling of green waste
Share
The tax credit is an advantageous scheme that allows you to recover 50% of the costs incurred during the year for personal services, which include our green waste removal and recycling services.
Who Can Benefit from the Tax Credit?
Since January 1, 2017, all individuals domiciled for tax purposes in France or Monaco are eligible for the tax credit for personal services. You simply need to be the person ordering and paying for the services, whether it's for your primary or secondary residence.
How does the Tax Credit work for the removal and recycling of green waste at home?
At the beginning of each year, we send you a tax certificate summarizing the gardening services provided and paid for. This certificate allows you to benefit from a tax credit that applies to 50% of the expenses actually incurred. If the tax amount is less than the tax credit, the Public Treasury will reimburse you the difference.
What is the maximum amount of the Tax Credit?
The annual ceiling for small gardening jobs is set at €5,000 per tax household, giving a maximum tax benefit of €2,500. If you benefit from personal services other than gardening, be aware that the overall ceiling is €12,000 per household, giving a maximum tax benefit of €6,000 . Find out more.
